Authorisation to open has been in force since 2016, and thirteen of our diplomas are homologated by the national equivalence commission. Each reference number is printed here, and each document is reproduced in full.

Two kinds of recognition
AUTORISATION D’OUVERTURE
Authorisation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to operate as a higher-education institution, and to open each programme. It concerns the university and its programmes, not the value of any diploma.
HOMOLOGATION
A ruling by the Commission de Reconnaissance et d’Équivalence des Diplômes Nationaux et Étrangers Post-BAC fixing a diploma’s official value, its level as BAC+3 or BAC+5 and the years it covers. It is granted diploma by diploma.
These are not the same thing. Being authorised to operate is not the same as having recognised degrees, and we will never present one as if it were the other.
