Reset your password
Students sign in with a matric number, staff with a work email address. Either way, the reset link goes to the recovery email address held on your account.
If the link cannot reach you
If the recovery address on your account has changed, write to info@uniabidjan.edu.ci from any address you can open. Give your full name, your matric number and the new address. The registry checks your identity before it changes anything.
If you cannot open either address, come to the registry in person with your student ID or your national identity document. Staff accounts are reset on the same terms.
If you are a new student, your account is issued with your offer letter rather than created here. If yours has not arrived, call +225 07 79 60 0002 instead of requesting a reset.
