Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. How and why we use cookies
We use cookies to make this website work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites. We ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function, enabling core features such as page navigation, form completion and access to secure areas. They cannot be switched off and do not require your consent.
4. Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make, such as your language (English or French) and region, to give you a more personalised experience.
5. Analytics cookies
These cookies collect aggregated, anonymised information about how visitors use the site, such as the most-visited pages and any error messages, so that we can improve it. We typically use a service such as Google Analytics for this.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services embedded in our pages, such as video players and maps. These are governed by the third party’s own privacy and cookie policies, over which we have no control.

8. Managing your cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent; all other cookies are set only if you consent, and you can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie banner. We store a small cookie to remember your choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge each provide instructions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Notice. For any question, contact us at info@uniabidjan.edu.ci.
