Life beyond the lecture hall

Student government, clubs, sport, culture and the friendships that outlast your degree: this is everything that makes UNIABIDJAN feel like home.

Go deeper

Three pages with the detail: a tour of campus, how students govern themselves, and the clubs you can join or start.

Term brings Cultural Week, Fashion Week and Innovation Week, Pink October and Blue November, a sport competition, movie nights, excursions and a collective iftar, most of it organised by students.

Day to day

Sport and recreation

A football team and a handball team, with chess and table tennis for quieter afternoons.

The campus restaurant

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at subsidised student prices, with a take-away service.

Somewhere to live

We do not run our own halls and we do not provide housing. If you are coming from another country, the university can help you arrange a place near campus on a rental basis.

I came for the degree and stayed for everything around it. I joined the debate club in my first month, and it is where I found my closest friends.
