Course overview
The Marketing Licence builds the applied management foundations of marketing within the LMD system. Over three years you move from a shared economics-and-management base to the markets, consumers, brands and communication that marketing decisions depend on.
Taught in French across six semesters, it leads to marketing and communication work in firms, or to a Master in marketing, communication or commerce.

Why study marketing here
Where brands compete
Abidjanโs consumer and telecom economy on your doorstep.
Applied and real
Consumer data, research and campaigns, not theory alone.
An LMD diploma
A three-year Licence that opens onto a Master.
Built for the region
Framed around West African consumers, brands and media.
Course structure
Built on the LMD system, the Licence runs over six semesters and 180 ECTS credits. The first two years build a base in marketing, management, economics and quantitative methods, with languages and computing alongside; the third year concentrates on strategic, digital and international marketing, and closes with a final-year project that you write up and defend.
Year one
Shared foundation
Year one lays the base in marketing, management and economics, with the mathematics, computing, accounting and languages they rely on.
